Marrickville Office Warehouse Lease (AFR)
· Private business Blochaus have signed up to a 10-year lease for a 2161m² office/warehouse at 49 Fitzroy Street, Marrickville NSW 2204 from landlord Bohemia Trading, paying an annual rent of $238/m² ($514,318).
Minchinbury Storage Yard Lease (AFR)
· Summit Open Space Services have leased a 3000m² storage yard with an office in Sydney's west at 17 Sterling Road, Minchinbury NSW 2770.
· The four-year deal allows Summit to bring together its Sydney operations.
North Sydney Office Sells for $350 Million (AFR)
· Zurich Financial Services’ future headquarters at 118 Mount Street, North Sydney 2060 has been purchased by property investment manager CBRE Global Investors for a German pension fund in a fund-through transaction worth about $350 million.
· CBRE Global Investors eyed the 21,000m² 29-storey A-grade tower, currently under construction and expected to finish late 2020, after Zurich’s negotiations with South Korean pension fund NPS failed to produce results.
· Zurich had originally pre-committed to more than 80% of the tower on a 10-year term but will now take up about 64%.
Redfern Retail Lease (AFR)
· H&R Block have agreed to lease a 126m² retail space on the ground floor of 156 Redfern Street, Redfern NSW 2016 on a five-year term at a net annual rent of $52,000 ($412.70/m²).
Wetherill Park Office Warehouse Lease (AFR)
· Medical group Sunrise Medical have signed a seven-year lease with options over a 14,920m² showroom, warehouse and office facility at 15 Daniel Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164.
· The property was leased on an annual rent of $117.50/m² ($1,753,100).
Brisbane City Office Lease (AFR)
· The Hotel School have moved into 127 Creek Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000 after agreeing a new five-year lease over a 787m² office on level 13.
Coorparoo Gym Lease (AFR)
· Gym business Invictus 5 have secured a lease for a 528m² ground floor warehouse /showroom with a 63m² storage mezzanine and 3 car spaces at 26 Harries Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151.
· The five-year deal was made at an annual rent of $92,000 with options ($174.24/m²).
Forest Hill Childcare Lease (AFR)
· Inspire Early Learning have agreed a lease for a 1048m² childcare property at 347-541 Springvale Road, Forest Hill VIC 3131 off the plan.
· The 157-place centre was leased with options at an annual rent of $486,700 ($464.41/m²) with construction beginning between the end of 2019 and beginning of 2020.
