Chippendale Office Lease (AFR)
· HotelsCombined have leased 1500m² of office space in a three-storey former warehouse at 29 Balfour Street, Chippendale NSW 2008 from private investor Marks Henderson.
· Private investor Marks Henderson is developing the three-storey building in the growing city-fringe technology precinct.
· The hotel website business will occupy space on the ground and first floors on a seven0year term at around $1,000/m².
Lindfield Office Lease (AFR)
· Dance studio The Channel Elite Training have signed up to a three-year lease for 410m² of office space at 280 Pacific Highway, Lindfield NSW 2070 from owner Lindfield Property Nominees.
· The dance studio will pay a gross annual rent of $510/m² ($209,100).
Roseberry Office Lease (AFR)
· The Kids’ Cancer Project have leased a 550m² office in Sydney’s south at 789 Botany Road, Roseberry NSW 2018 from a private landlord.
· The charity signed a six-year lease at a gross annual rent of $550/m² ($302,500).
Wetherill Park Warehouse/Office Lease (AFR)
· Ali Rana Transport have leased a 564m² office/warehouse at 5/504 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164 in Sydney's west after agreeing a three-year term with options.
· The deal was made on a net annual rent of $141/m² ($79,524).
Victoria
Abbotsford Warehouse Lease (AFR)
· Christian McCann Auctions have leased a 1361m² warehouse at 7 Harper Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067.
· The five-year lease was agreed on an annual net rent of $125,000 ($91.84/m²) with annual fixed 3% increases.
Melbourne Office Space (AFR)
· Hacer Group have leased 320m² of office space at 31 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000 on a two-year term. The leasing rate was not disclosed, though asking rents in the building are understood to be around $670 to $700 gross per square metre.
