Botany Industrial Unit Lease (AFR)

· ExecuJet MRO Services Australia has leased a 605.1m² industrial unit at 11 Lord Street, Botany NSW 2019, paying a net annual rent of $220/m² ($133,122) over a three-year term.

Cronulla Retail Lease (AFR)

· Hoyts Cinema has leased a 2019m² Cronulla Theatre in Sydney's south located on The Kingsway and Cronulla Street Mall, while agreeing to undertake a $6 million refurbishment of the property.

· The rent was confidential over a 15-year term which would require Hoyts to pay for some outgoing expenses.

Smithfield Office/Warehouse Lease (AFR)

· Landlord Birchmead has leased a 1335m² office/warehouse at 112-116 Long Street, Smithfield NSW 2164 to a private tenant on a seven-year term and net annual rent of $425,000 ($318.35/m²), with a 2.35% incentive.

Sydney CBD Office Leases (AFR)

· Australia's latest digital bank, 86 400, has signed a five-year lease for a 930m² office at level six, 35 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 from landlord Challenger.

· Fund manager AVARI Capital Partners have leased an A-grade 178.8m² office at 264 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on a five-year term and gross annual rent of $1,688/m² ($301,814.40) from landlord Dexus.


Berrinba Industrial Lease (AFR)

· TCK Alliance has leased a 9797m² office/warehouse 10 Siltstone Place, Berrinba, QLD 4117 on a five-year term, with options, from landlord Frasers Logistics and Industrial Trust.

· The logistics facility with ESFR sprinkler system, loading docks, hardstand and security fencing was leased at a net annual rent of $107.50/m² ($1,032,528.50).

Brisbane Office Lease (AFR)

· Exclaim IT has signed a six-year lease over a full-floor 548m² office at 316 Adelaide Street, Brisbane City, QLD 4000.

· The office was leased on an annual rent of $580/m² ($317,840).

East Brisbane Office Warehouse Lease (AFR)

· Cook's Plumbing Supplies have leased a 980m² office/warehouse at 91 Wellington Road, East Brisbane QLD 4169 on a five-year term with options at an annual rent of $172,500 ($176.02/m²).


Melbourne CBD Retail Lease (AFR)

· Azuo Desserts leased a 100m² retail space at 321 La Trobe Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on a gross annual rent of $155,000 ($1,550/m²) for 10 years.

Mulgrave Office/Warehouse Lease (AFR)

· In Melbourne, Transcity Trading have signed up to lease a 3250m² office/warehouse at 46-48 Glenvale Crescent, Mulgrave VIC 3170 on a two-year term.

· Landlord GM Property Group leased out the property on a net annual rent of $90/m² ($292,500).

Port Melbourne Office/Warehouse Lease (AFR)

· Risk management solutions company SureFact Australia will move to 297 Ingles Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 after securing a four-year lease with options over a 560m² office/warehouse.

Richmond Retail Lease (AFR)

· A hairdressing and beauty salon have signed a three-year lease with options over a 72m² retail space at 108 Bridge Road, Richmond VIC 3121.

· The shopfront was leased at an annual rent of $420/m² ($30,240).
