Huntingwood Lease (AFR)
Office supplies business Visionchart have leased a 3778m² office/warehouse at 5 Liberty Road, Huntingwood, NSW 2148 from a private landlord.
The property was leased at a net annual rent of $122.50/m² ($462,805).
Roseberry Retail Lease (AFR)
A 344m² retail/showroom shop at 33-35 Morley Avenue. Roseberry NSW 2018 has been leased to office furniture company Own World by landlord Calardu.
The three-year term is accompanied by a net annual rent of $349/m² ($120,056).
St Marys Warehouse Lease (AFR)
Water tank company Tank Vision have signed up to a three-year lease with options for a 1265m² office/warehouse at 58-60 Lee Holm Road, St Marys, NSW 2760.
The deal was made on a net annual rent of $117,645 ($93/m²).
A-Grade Office Development (AFR)
A 12,000m² A-Grade office tower has been approved for development at 17 Bennetts Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000 in Melbourne’s CBD.
Family-owned Perri Projects and Pellicano will start construction next year on the 20-level tower after getting approval for the building on the 1543m² site, which Perri Projects bought in 2017 for $26.1 million ($16,915.10/m²).
The 12,000m² FJMT-designed tower will include up to 1600m² in space for food and beverage retail facilities.
E-Commerce Warehouse Lease (AFR)
Online department store Klika have leased a 17,922m² warehousing facility in ARA Australia’s Braeside Distribution Centre at 41-51 Mills Road, Braeside VIC 3195.
Klika are leasing the facility that includes office and showroom space on a long-term deal for $60/m² ($1,075,320).
Richmond Office Lease (AFR)
US-based design firm Populous have leased a ground floor office/showroom at 7 Howard Street, Richmond VIC 3121.
The 110m² property was leased on a short-term deal for a net annual rent of $40,000 ($363.64/m²).
South Melbourne Lease (AFR)
Travel company Luxury Escapes have leased a 1590m² office at Hickory Group’s top-grade office block Market Lane at 68 Clarke Street, Southbank VIC 3006.
The 8500m²building features ground floor retail spaces, landscaped terraces, indoor and outdoor working spaces, electric car charging stations, electric bike charging facilities and five-star, end-of-trip facilities.
The five-year lease is on a confidential rent.
