Blacktown Industrial Lease (AFR)
The 1550m² industrial facilities and office at 426 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown, NSW 2148 has been leased by Civil construction firm Trimcom Civil Contracts.
The site was leased at a gross annual rent of $45/m² ($69,750) for two years with options.
Glebe Office Lease (AFR)
A gross annual rent of $500/m² ($662,500) has been agreed over a 1325m² office at 30C Wentworth Street, Glebe, NSW 2037 by health policy non-profit group Sax Institute.
The lease was secured on a five-year term from landlord The Benevolent Society.
St Marys Office/Warehouse Lease (AFR)
A three-year lease has been agreed for a 607m² strata office warehouse unit at 14 Anne Street, St Marys, NSW 2760 by residential construction company Corebuild Services.
The lease deal was finalised on a gross annual rent of $99/m² ($60,000).
Wetherill Park Office/Warehouse Lease (AFR)
A 4249m² office/warehouse facility at 29C Davis Road, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164 has been leased by document destruction company Shred-X for $115/m² ($488,635).
The lease is on a ten-year term with options.
Wynyard Sub-lease (AFR)
Co-working hub provider Tank Streams Labs has sub-leased a 1024m² office at level 7 of the Wynyard Green building at 11-17 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 from head tenant Bridge Business College.
The sub-lease is on a 3-year term at a gross annual rent of $895/m² ($916,480).
Doncaster East Medical Lease (AFR)

Doncaster East, VIC 3109 has been leased by Ramsay Pharmacy who are owned by ASX-listed private healthcare provider Ramsay Health Care.
The lease is on a term of five years at a net annual rent of $1,156/m² ($215,000).
Windsor Bakery Lease (AFR)
Oasis Bakery will open a new store at 178 Chapel Street, Windsor, VIC 3181 in a 73m² space at gross annual rent of $850/m² ($62,000) for five years.
