Artarmon Warehouse Lease (SMH)
A 728m² warehouse at 8-10 Cleg Street, Artarmon, NSW 2064 with 16 car spaces and an upstairs office has been leased to NRMA from Iffap Pty Ltd.
The lease term is five years plus a five-year option at a gross annual $297/m² ($216,216).
Artarmon Top Class Childcare Centre Sale (SMH)
A Sydney-based fund manager has purchased the recently constructed Greenwood Artarmon childcare centre at 60 Dickson Avenue, Artarmon, NSW 2064 for $14.8 million ($4,933/m²).
The property is a brand new internationally best-in-class childcare investment with a purpose-built four-level architecturally designed centre extending over 3,000m² GBA and is licensed for 149 places.
The property was sold with a lease to G8 Education Ltd with 14 years remaining and a 7% yield.
Banksmeadow Mixed Use Lease (SMH)
A 143m² office/warehouse facility at 5/9 Meadow Way, Banksmeadow, NSW 2019 has been leased for two years by Car Caring Pty Ltd at a net annual rent of $250/m² ($35,750).
Pitt Street Lease (AFR)
Co-working powerhouse WeWork have secured a large-scale lease at 320 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 for 11,000m² of space.
The area is spread over 10 floors of the building owned by ARA Australia and is being leased on a 12-year term.
WeWork will occupy the whole low-rise of 10 floors and will have a self-contained exclusive ground-floor entry.
Mascot Office Lease (SMH)
Satori Australia has leased a 625m² office suite at 15 Bourke Road, Mascot, NSW 2020 for a net annual rent of $365/m² for five years from CR Kennedy and Company Pty Ltd.
Pyrmont Office Lease (SMH)
The Australian Council for the Arts has leased a 2,072m² office at Level 4, 60 Union Street, Pyrmont, NSW 2009 from AFIAA.
The lease for $790/m² ($1,636,880) comes on a 10-year term with a 10-year option.

Collingwood Park Development (AFR)
A private syndicate has purchased an approved Collingwood Park development site at Cairns Street, Collingwood Park, QLD 4301 for $11.08 million in an off-market deal.
The 39.26 hectare land holding has approval for 277 lots with around 29% of the lots being 700m²+, with lots ranging from 316m² to 5573m².
Victoria
Hawthorn Retail Sold (SMH)
A two-level shop in the Glenferrie Road retail village has sold for just under $1.5 million at a land rate of $8,120/m².
The property has a short-term lease to a toy shop for $70,073 + GST and outgoings.
Sports Clinic Lease (SMH)
Ace Sport Clinic have leased a 200m² office suite at 6/1 Milton Parade, Malvern, VIC 3144 on a 10-year term with a five-year option at $85,200 annually ($426/m²).
Shipping Container Bar Venue in Swanson Street (SMH)
Alternative venue Section 8 is expanding business of its first shipping container bar in Tattersalls Lane to a 300m² space on Level 1 at 249 Swanston Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.
The 5-year lease is for a gross annual $1,333/m² ($399,900) for the space which includes an outdoor terrace.
