Rozelle Mixed Property Sale (AFR)

  • A 13-studio residential and commercial property at 114 Victoria Road, Rozelle, NSW 2039 has been purchased by Grace Hotel from a private seller for $5.35 million at auction.

  • The three-storey build was sold on a net yield of 5.99%.

Sydney Council Owned Building Sold (AFR)

  • Sydney City Council have sold the 908m² commercial property at 73-75 William Street, Darlinghurst, NSW, 2010 to Barana Group’s Greg Shand for around $7 million ($7,709/m²).

  • The three-storey property was sold vacant.

Wetherill Park Warehouse Lease (AFR)

  • IT Factory Pty Ltd have signed a three-year sub-lease for 652m² of industrial space at 171 Newton Road, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164.

  • The lease was signed on a net annual rent of $120/m² ($78,240).


West End Development Site (AFR)

  • A 1325m² site approved for a boutique residential development has sold off-market to Brisbane-based Di Marco Group and Singaporean TG Development for $4.1 million ($3,094/m²).

  • The project comprises 24 luxury two, three and four-bedroom residences targeted at owner occupiers.


Chinatown Retail (AFR)

  • A dated Chinatown laneway retail building at 22-26 Corrs Lane, Melbourne, VIC 3000 has been sold for $6.85 million ($7,121/m²) at auction to a local investor.

  • The 962m² property in Melbourne’s CBD has three levels of retail space and a basement.

Goodman Group Leases Clayton Warehouse (AFR)

  • Goodman Group has secured a new tenant, Health More, for its 5177m² warehouse at 41/1508 Centre Road, Clayton, VIC 3168 following the departure of former tenant, Stilwell Motors.

  • The new tenant signed up for a five-year term at a gross annual rent of $100/m² ($517,700).

Malvern Retail Sale (AFR)

  • A 569m² two-storey retail building at 150-154 Glenferrie Road, Malvern, VIC 3144 has been sold to a private investor for $6.8 million ($11,951/m²).

  • The building was sold with leases to tenants in the building; ANZ Bank, Sushi Gallery and JT’s CrossFit Training Studio. It sits on a 560sq m site and has parking in the rear.

Melbourne Strata Office Sales (AFR)

  • 230m² of office space at level five of 398 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 has been sold by private investors for $1.95 million ($8,478/m²).

  • Anther 165m² strata office at Suite 8 of 100 Dover Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121 has been bought by a local owner occupier for $1.34 million ($8,121/m²).
