Balmain Post Office Sells (AFR)
The historic Balmain Post Office at 366b Darling Street, Balmain, NSW 2041 has been sold to a private local investor for $4 million ($6,920.42/m²).
The 578m² building is being offered for sale for the first time in 25 years.
Randwick Service Station Auction (AFR)
A 1245m² shell-branded service station at 43-47 Frenchmans Road, Randwick, NSW 2031 has been sold by investors at auction for $8.25 million ($6,626.51/m²).
The site sold at auction on an initial net yield of 2.55% and attracted 14 bidders.
Backpacker Accommodation Sale (AFR)
Healthcare provider Lives Lived Well has purchased the 120-bed hostel and two adjoining residences at 55 Lower King Street, Caboolture, QLD 4510 for $2.97 million ($981.17/m²).
Lives Lived Well plans to continue operations of the combined 3027m² accommodation site.
Caboolture Industrial Purchase (AFR)
978m² of industrial space at 72 Lear Jet Drive, Caboolture, QLD 4510 has been acquired by an investor for $1.85 million ($1,891.62/m²).
The off-market deal for the total 2458m² site was done on a 7% yield.
Fully Leased Medical Centre Sold (AFR)
UAG Group have sold a fully leased 590m² medical centre at 33 Flemington Road, North Melbourne, VIC 3051 for $5.35 million ($9,067.80/m²).
The property sold with five leases on a net yield of 6% and a WALE of 4.5 years.
Noble Park Industrial Deal (AFR)
Design, engineering and project management company LGPM have purchased a 2387m² industrial property at 47-49 Overseas Drive, Noble Park North, VIC 3174 for $3.29 million ($1378.30/m²).
