Coles Supermarket Sale (AFR)
A 9,250m² shopping centre at 269-299 Brisbane Water Drive, West Gosford, NSW 2250 has been sold by Coles and ISPT to private investor Mintus for $23 million ($2,846.49/m²).
The vacant single-level centre sits on a 17,600m² site and was sold as a redevelopment project.
Fairfield Shopping Centre Purchase (AFR)
Investment manager Arcadia has offloaded the Neeta City shopping centre at 54 Smart Street, Fairfield, NSW 2165 for $83.5 million ($3,373.74/m²) to Eleanor Investors Group and their investment partner Atlas Advisors.
The three-storey 24,750m² centre, anchored by a Woolworths supermarket and a Big W discount department store, occupies a 2.22-ha site and collects an estimated fully leased net income of $7.1 million.
Sydney CBD Lease (AFR)
Recruitment company Talent Realised has renewed its lease for a further two years for 104m² of office space at Level 5, 88 Pitt Street at a gross annual rent of $72,800 ($700/m²).
Western Sydney Warehouse Lease (AFR)
RRE Logistics has secured a four-year lease term for 11,191m² of warehouse space at 2 Percival Road, Smithfield, NSW 2164 at an annual rent of $1.19 million ($106.34/m²).
Brisbane CBD Lease (AFR)
238m² of office space at 500 Queen Street, Brisbane City, QLD 4000 has been leased to Mining company Queensland Coal Investment.
The level 14 space in the refurbished A-grade tower was leased on a 5-year term at an annual rent of $595/m² ($141,610).
Cremorne Office Lease (AFR)
Developer Cobiild has leased 350m² of office space at 9-11 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121 for a gross annual rent of $700/m² ($245,000).
