Chatswood Residential Development (AFR)
Developer Aqualand has partnered with local developer Devoltek Property group to build more than 600 apartments across four sites in Chatswood.
The main site, "The Bertram", is a 5420m² amalgamated site from 8 houses and 12 townhouses located on Archer Street, Bertram Street and Albert Avenue. The other three sites that combine a total 5000m² – are at Gordon Avenue, Anderson Street and Pacific Highway
Apart from the 600+ apartments, the sites will also offer 10,000m² of commercial and retail space, which the partnership will hold and lease.
Western Sydney Factory (AFR)
713m² of office and warehouse space at 28 Forge Street, Blacktown, NSW 2148 has been leased on a gross annual rent of $85,000 ($119.21/m²).
Erskine Park Warehouse Lease (AFR)
Altis Property Partners have leased a 4,764m² A-grade warehouse at 6B/11 Distribution Drive, Erskine Park, NSW, 2759 to German building materials company Knauf.
The property was leased at a net annual rent of $643,140 ($135/m²).
East Brisbane Warehouse Lease (AFR)
A warehouse/logistics facility at 40 Aquarium Avenue, Hemmant, QLD 4174 has been leased to TNS Logistics.
The 1-hectare site with a 2,207m² warehouse was leased on a net annual rent of $360,000 ($163.12/m²).
Cremorne Office Lease (AFR)
300m² of office space at 132 Chestnut Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121 has been leased to entertainment business Van Egmond Group for four years at a net annual rent of $160,000 ($533.33/m²).
Southeast Melbourne Warehouse Lease (AFR)
A 2,850m² office/warehouse at 52A Winterton Road, Clayton, VIC 3168 has been leased to New Touch Industries at a net annual rent of $200,000 ($70.18/m²).
