An investor has paid $11 million ($10,700.39/m²) for a two-storey retail and office building at 2-4 Clarke Street, Crows Nest, NSW 2065.
The 1028m² property is located next to the future Crows Nest metro station and is semi-vacant, though has a fully leased yield of 4.8%.
Swiss Powerhouse Purchases $100 Million Warehouse (AFR)
Global reinsurance giant Swiss Re has purchased the distribution centre at 1 Eucalyptus Place, Eastern Creek, NSW 2766 from furniture retailer Steinhoff.
The site purchased for $99.6 million ($2,845.71/m²) by Swiss Pillar Investments, a subsidiary of Swiss Re, include a 35,000m² facility.

Kedron Supermarket Sale (AFR)
Coles Group have completed the sale of a retail asset at 346 Gympie Rd, Kedron QLD 4031 just a year after its completed construction to a Melbourne-based investor for $34.24 million ($8,367.55/m²).
The fully leased 9,550m² site includes 4,092m² of facilities including a Coles supermarket, Liquorland store, Coles Express service station, and a café.

Brunswick East Warehouse (AFR)
A new two-storey warehouse has been acquired by a private investor for $2.4 million ($4,033.61/m²).
The 595m² site at 368 Lygon Street, Brunswick East, VIC 3057 was sold with a planning permit for a mixed-use development with ground floor retail and seven levels of apartments.
Melbourne Retail (AFR)
A 541m² heritage retail property at 218-222 Nicholson Street, Fitzroy, VIC 3065 sitting on a 790m² has been sold to a private investor for $2.5 million ($3,974.12/m²) on a yield of 3.14%, being currently leased to a formal suit hire and tailoring business.
