Stockland Invest in Multi-Million Logistics Site (AFR)
Diverse property group Stockland has intensified its industrial development pipeline with the purchase of a 13.09-hectare site at Turner Road, Gregory Hills NSW 2557.
The site was purchased for $47.13 million ($360.05/m²).
Charter Hall Receive Lease Commitment for Logistics Park (AFR)
Charter Hall’s future Woodpark Logistics Estate at 386-400 Woodpark Road, Smithfield, NSW 2164 has received its first industrial lease pre-commitment by Auto Parts Group. The group signed a 10-year lease for 8,020m² of office-warehouse space over a 1.5-hectare site.

Tim Forrester's Aria Property Group have submitted a development application for a 127-unit apartment project at 470-480 Main Street, Kangaroo Point, QLD 4169.
The proposed 13-storey development exists on a 2,581m² site and is about 5 kilometres from the CBD
Forest Hill Commercial Site Sold for $45.85 Million (Property Observer)
A Sydney-based private investor has purchased the two office buildings at 347-351 Burwood Highway, Forest Hill, VIC 3131 for a total sum of $45.85 million ($4288.25/m²) from an offshore investor.
The property has combined net lettable area of 10,692m² and was 70% occupied at the time of sale with a Weighted Average Lease Expiry (WALE) of 3.4 years.

Furniture supplier De Rucci has bought the 2,100m² office/warehouse at 18-20 Glenvale Crescent, Mulgrave, VIC 3170 for $2.95 million ($1404.76/m²).
St Kilda Commercial Sale (SMH)
43 Fitzroy Street, St Kilda, VIC 3182, a fully leased commercial property, has been purchased by $5.8 million in an off-market deal by a private investor.
The property currently leased to both a pharmacy and F45 training gym was returning more than $200,000/year.
