Seatech Industrial Pty Ltd has purchased a 450m² two-storey warehouse building at 18 City Road, Chippendale NSW 2008 for $4.8 million ($10,667 /m²).
Stockland Sells Beachfront Development (AFR)
Stockland has sold a beachfront development site at Lot 905 Bokarina Boulevard, Bokarina Beach to Queenslander builder and developer RGD Group for $8.3 million ($2,087/m²).
RGD plans to build a $70 million mixed-use apartment project on the 3,977m² site.
The property was sold with approval for 63 apartments and 500m² of retail space.
Brisbane Office Sale (AFR)
The Malaysian HCK Group have sold a 12-storey office building at 26 Wharf Street, Brisbane City, QLD 4000 to Brisbane investor Renweed Pty Ltd for $9.8 million.
Two Office Buildings Sell for $4 Million (AFR)
Two office buildings at 60 Edmondstone Road, Bowen Hills, QLD 4006 have been purchased for $3.9 million by a local investor.
The 990m² blocks are a mix of office, boardroom, gym and outdoor terrace spaces. They sit on a 2068m² site.
Dexus Find Another Melbourne Lease (AFR)
Regional train operator V/Line has leased 5,972m² of office space at the office tower owned by Dexus at 452 Flinders Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.
V/Line will lease the space over levels 5 and 6, and part of level 2 at what is understood to be a market rent.
West Melbourne Warehouse Sales (AFR)
A private buyer has bought three adjoining warehouses in Melbourne’s west at 90, 94 and 98 Proximity Drive, Sunshine West, VIC 3020 for $2.8 million ($1468/m²).
The warehouses combine for a total building area of 1907m².
Charter Hall Sell Vacant Medical Centre (AFR)
Charter Hall has sold a vacant 1418m² medical centre at 529 Mitcham Road, Vermont, VIC 3133 for $1.46 million ($1030/m²) to an owner-occupier.
