Bader Investments have secured a five-year lease on terms of $150/m² ($166,800/m² net annual rent) for 1112m² of warehouse space at 13-21 Mandible Street, Alexandria, NSW, 2015.
Wetherill Park Industrial (AFR)
SMP Group have signed a five-year lease at $110/m² ($363,000 net annual rent) for 3300m² of industrial space at 511 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW, 2164.
Richlands Industrial Leases (AFR)
MCM Logistics and Flexitech Group have secured leases over 7000m² and 6520m² of industrial space respectively at the distribution centre at 278 Orchard Road, Richlands, QLD, 4077 in Brisbane.
Rents are believed to be in the range of $90/m² to $95/m².
Collins Street Lease (AFR)
Renewable energy company Total Eren has leased 260m² of fitted-out office space at level 1 of 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC, 3008.
The lease is on a five-year term with a confidential rent though AFR sources report it to be around $750/m² gross.
William Street Lease (AFR)
REST Superannuation has received a new tenant for the offices on level 14 of 140 William Street Melbourne, VIC 3000 in the form of Promax Development and Construction Management.
The 148m² office premises were leased at a net rent of $640/m² ($94,720 net annual rent) for three years.
Shark Fin House Sold (AFR)
Shark Fin House which is home to one of Melbourne's best-known Chinese restaurants has been sold to Malaysian investors for $14.5 million ($15,625/m²).
The property – 131 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000, is a four-storey building on a 288m² site with 928m² of net lettable area.
The site was sold with a 10-year lease to the Shark Fin Group signed last year.
