Sydney CBD Lease for 1970’s Themed Bar (AFR)

  • The Double Deuce Lounge, a 1970’s inspired cocktail bar will open in the 184m² lower ground basement space of 6 Bridge Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.

  • Annual rent is reported to be between $800-$1000 per square metre for the seven-year lease.

Restaurant Leases George Street Office (AFR)

  • 75m² of office space at 261 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 has been leased by Bond Street Italian Restaurant for $700/m² ($52,500 Gross Annual) over two years.

  • The lease will accommodate the group’s Italian restaurant Matteo’s back of house operations.


Forest Hill Office Sells for $45 Million (AFR)

  • China-backed real estate investor Poly Holding has purchased a 2.62 ha block at 347-351 Burwood Highway, Forest Hill VIC for $45.85 million ($4288.25/m² NLA).

  • The Commercial 1 zoned block includes two office buildings providing a total net lettable area of 10,692m² and multi-storey car park.

  • Last year, the group paid $91.5 million for Hewlett Packard's 5.68 ha Forest Hill campus, which is next door to its latest purchase.

CRC Group Spend over $6 Million (SMH)

  • CRC Group has parted with $6.2 Million for lots 1-4 of 678 Boundary Road, Truganina VIC 3029.

  • A two-hectare parcel sold for $4,642,470 while a 6000m² parcel at the rear sold for $1,583,920.

  • The sites will be developed into multiple office warehouses as part of the future Mode Business Park
