Green Valley Shopping Centre Sold (AFR)
The 2,820m², family-owned Green Valley Shopping Village at Green Valley Road, Green Valley NSW 2168 has been sold for $17.3 million (6,134.75/m²).
The Celea family has owned the 20-shop shopping village for over 50 years.
Wetherill Park Office/Warehouse Lease (AFR)
1,165m² of warehouse and office space at 96 Hassall Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164 has been leased to The Joinery Depot for a net rent of $115/m² ($133,975 annually) on a five-year deal with options.
Property Development Firm’s Elizabeth Street Lease (AFR)
Property development firm Infinite Blue have secured a 5-year lease for 341.5m² of office space at 227 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
The lease exists on a net annual rent of $915/m² ($312,472.50 annually) for the level 17 office.
Brisbane Commercial Site Sold (AFR)
The fully-leased commercial site at 901 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006, just 1km out of Brisbane CBD has been sold to Fund Manager EG for $27.72 million.
The building contains a showroom/car service centre and office and exists with a 5-year average lease expiry.
The building sits on a 3,582m² island site and currently has two development approvals, one for 411 apartments and a commercial scheme for up to 50,000m² of non-residential space.
Universal Music Secures Lease (AFR)
Music label Universal Music Australia has leased 369m² of office space at 293/297 Lygon Street, Carlton, VIC 3053 for a net rent of $460/m² ($169,740 annually) on a five-year term.
$10 Million Childcare Centre (AFR)
The childcare centre at 97 Tope Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205 has been sold for $10.3 million to a domestic investor from developer Melinda Cohen on a 4.2% yield.
Dandenong South A-Grade Lease (AFR)
The 10,196m² A-Grade distribution facility at 244-264 Greens Road, Dandenong South, VIC 3175 has been leased to 4WD Supacentre for a net rent of $95/m² ($968,620 annually).
