Regional Institute Sale (AFR)

Paddington Commercial Sale (AFR)

  • The Oasis Centre retail strip at 16 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads QLD 4567 has sold for a collective $6.8 million ($4,480/m²) to a private investor.

  • The strip includes 10 retail and office tenancies occupying 1,518m² of space spread across two buildings.

Victoria

$4.5 Million Retail Centre (AFR)

  • The 708m² retail centre sitting on the 1,025m² block at 92-96 O'Shanassy Street, Sunbury, VIC 3429 has been acquired for $4.5 million ($6,356/m² NLA).

  • The centre, anchored by national healthcare operator Tristar Medical Group on a new 10-year term plus options, has a favourable long-term WALE of 8.1 years + options and an annual income of $275,000 (approx.) + outgoings + GST.
