Collins Street Lease (Sydney Morning Herald)

  • A 60m² office on Level 2 of 220 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 has been leased to Trunk Tailors for $700/m² gross ($42,000 annually).

Dandenong South Industrial Sale (AFR)

  • The logistics facilities at 63-79 South Park Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175 has been sold to Enborne Pty Ltd by the Frasers Logistics and Industrial Trust.

  • A $17.25 million purchase price was used to acquire for the 13,693m² ($1,260/m²) industrial and office site – reflecting a 4.5% premium on the original $16.5 million purchase price.

  • The sale represents a 6.3% yield on the 13,890m² ($396 /m²) site.

Four Properties Sold for Over $5 Million (Sydney Morning Herald)

  • Four new office/warehouse properties at 556-598 Princes Highway, Springvale VIC in the Princes Business Estate have been sold to individual investors for a combined $5.7 million.

  • A 1,106m² mixed-use development site has sold for $4.3 million ($3.888/m²).

  • The site at 2 O‘Connor Street, Brunswick East, VIC 3057 has 37 metres of street frontage and attracted a substantial amount of both local and off-shore investors.

  • The retail premises leased by National Australia Bank at 1053-1055 Point Nepean Road, Rosebud, VIC 3939 has sold for $2.125 million.

$1.9 Million Restaurant (Sydney Morning Herald)

  • The strata-titled 400m² restaurant at 285 Diamond Creek Road, Plenty, VIC 3090 has been sold for $1.918 million.

  • The premises are currently leased to Phoenix & Co for $135,198 net annually on a 7+7+7-year basis.
