Alexandria Industrial Sale (Sydney Morning Herald)
Construction company Specialist Tunnel Excavation has purchased Unit 13 at 24-26 Burrows Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015 from a private investor for $2.7 million ($6,178/m²).
The 437m² industrial unit is currently under a short-term lease to Austral Interiors Pty Ltd.

$3.5 million Redfern Sale (Sydney Morning Herald)
A private investor has acquired the two-storey office/warehouse property situated on the 219m² block at 67 Renwick Street Redfern, NSW 2016.
The sale was for $3.5 million for the 390m² of NLA ($8.974/m²) previously owned by the Australian Railway Historical Society.
