  • 11 industrial units 7/3 Tollis Place, Seven Hills, NSW 2147 have been leased by Star Gate Pty Ltd. The 191m² premises contains 145m² of warehouse space and a 46m² office.

  • The gross annual rent for the space is $35,000 for three years plus a three-year option.

Alexandria Industrial Sale (Sydney Morning Herald)

  • Construction company Specialist Tunnel Excavation has purchased Unit 13 at 24-26 Burrows Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015 from a private investor for $2.7 million ($6,178/m²).

  • The 437m² industrial unit is currently under a short-term lease to Austral Interiors Pty Ltd.

St Leonards Warehouse Unit Worth $6000/m² (Sydney Morning Herald)

  • Unit 10 at 6-8 Herbert Street, St Leonards NSW 2065 has sold for $2.15 million to Rick Edmunds.

  • The unit comprises 362m² of space ($5,939/m²).

$3.5 million Redfern Sale (Sydney Morning Herald)

  • A private investor has acquired the two-storey office/warehouse property situated on the 219m² block at 67 Renwick Street Redfern, NSW 2016.

  • The sale was for $3.5 million for the 390m² of NLA ($8.974/m²) previously owned by the Australian Railway Historical Society.


Multiple Leases at 300 Adelaide Street, Brisbane (AFR)

  • LSH Property Australia has secured three tenants for the office tower at 300 Adelaide Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000.

  • On level eight, Karam Boutique Residential and Lockton Companies have taken up 222m² and 244m² respectively while on level 14, Aura Wealth has leased 155m².
