Purchaser of Potts Point Metro Theatre Revealed (AFR)
Abacus Property Group has been revealed as the purchaser of the historic Metro Theatre in Potts Point for $19.8 million. The classic theatre at 28-30 Orwell Street, Potts Point, NSW 2011 was exchanged last May yet now has been settled. The 1255m² site has significant development potential with its height limit of 22 metres.
North Sydney Office Lease (Sydney Morning Herald)
Hyundai Motor Group owned Hyundai Rotem has sub-leased 560m² of office space at 107 Mount Street North Sydney NSW 2060 from sub-lessor GfK Australia.
The short-term lease exists on an annual $336,000 gross rent ($600/m²).
Chatswood Warehouse Lease (Sydney Morning Herald)
Anaconda Retail Group has leased a showroom/warehouse at 157 Lower Gibbes Street, Chatswood NSW 2067 from Penrole & Co Pty Ltd.
The area is costing Anaconda Retail Group $300/m² for 1910m² of space on a 10-year lease plus a six-year option.
Artarmon Warehouse Lease (Sydney Morning Herald)
403m² of warehouse space has been leased to Audcare car servicing from Yugan Glen Pty Ltd.
The five-year lease for the premises at 50 Whiting Street, Artarmon NSW 2064 is for $340/m² gross with an additional five-year option.

Office Suite Development Achieving High Sale Rate (AFR)
$8 million has been made from sales of specialist office suites developed at 7 Ormond Boulevard, Bundoora VIC 3083.
16 out of the 22 suites available off-the-plan in the first stage of the development by MAB Corp have been sold, mostly to medical occupants who represent 60% of the sales.
