Former AEU Building Dealt for $21 Million (AFR)
The former Victorian premises of the Australian Education Union at 112 Trenerry Crescent Abbotsford VIC 3067 have been bought by the Zagame family. The 4252m² of office space was bought for $21 million ($4938.85/m²).
