  • The Raptis Group have sold the Inala Plaza Shopping Centre to the Wen family’s Chin Hong Investment Corporation. The centre at 156 Inala Ave, Inala QLD 4077 occupies a 3-hectare site and was bought for $56 million.

  • Rural Funds Group has added to their successful rural property trust with the acquisition of the 6486-hectare Cobungra Station Great Alpine Road, Omeo VIC 3898 for $35 million.
