  • Popular burger restaurant Milky Lane has secured a five-year lease for 300m² of retail space at the ground level of 70-76 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065. The annual rent stands at $180,000 ($600/m²).

St Leonard’s Office Space Leased (AFR)

  • 491m² of office space has been leased at a net annual rent of around $314,500 ($640/m²) for 3 years. The suite at 118-120 Pacific Highway Greenwich NSW 2065 was leased by New Hope Group from W&W Property.

South Sydney Industrial Units Leased (AFR)

  • Industrial Units 25 and 26 at 19 McCauley Street Port Botany NSW 2036 have been leased by Bling Events. The 404m² of space exists on a three-year lease for a gross annual rent of $116,750 ($289/m²).

New $27 Million Warehouse Lands Big Tenant (AFR)

  • Construction Equipment Australia (CEA) have agreed to lease 7763m² of warehouse/factory space at the new Charter Hall Bringelly Road Business Hub at Bringelly Road, Leppington NSW 2179. The annual rent remains private whilst the term includes a 12 year leasing period.

  • Choice Capital have agreed to lease a full-floor of new office space at 163 Eastern Road South Melbourne VIC 3205 for five years with options. The 470m² of space is coupled with a net annual rent of $248,000 ($528/m²).
