Glebe Office Doubles Value in Two Years (AFR)

  • Union Group United Voice have acquired the 3500m² office building at 19-37 Greek Street Glebe NSW 2037 for $43 million. Property group Denwol, the previous owners, purchased the site for $18.7 million in 2016 and refurbished the building.


Rochedale Site Bought by Aged Care Operator (AFR)

  • TriCare, a private aged care operator, has purchased 4.069ha of land at 20 Ford Road Rochedale QLD 4123 for $10.8 million from a local family.

Retail/Fuel Complex Purchased for $9 Million (AFR)

  • A private Sydney investor has purchased the four-lot retail/fuel complex at 148 Station Road Burpengary QLD 4505 for $9 million. The 5802m² site was previously jointly owned by MatchBox Property Group and Hargreaves Property Group.


Geelong Supermarket Sold (AFR)

  • The 3775m² supermarket on Murradoc Road, Drysdale VIC 3222 has been sold by Coles Supermarkets for $23.5 million to local investors Temax Nominees. Coles have agreed a lease-back period of 15 years.
