A-Grade North Sydney Commercial Property Stake Acquired (AFR)

  • Real estate fund management M&G Real Estate has moved to acquire a $109.5 million ($3,835.11/m²) 25% stake in the offices at 40 Mount Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The 28,552m² space is anchored by tenants Coca-Cola and Vodafone.


Government Tenanted Office Sold for $11.8 million. (AFR)

  • A state government tenanted office site at 8-12 Seymour Street, Traralgon VIC 3844 has been sold by Stirloch Group to property fund manager MPG. The 2742m² offices tenanted by the Department of Health and Human Services and Environment Protection Authority Victoria were sold for $11.8 million ($4303.43/m²) on a yield of 7.35%.

Toorak Site Sells (AFR)

  • The 2982m² residential site at 16 Lansell Road Toorak, Victoria has sold off-market for $19 million ($6371.56/m²). The site contains a five-bedroom family house.
