  • Quantium Group, a data-tech company, has taken over the 2594m² office lease of PBB Advisory after they were acquired by PwC. Quantium Group will see out the remainder of the five years and two months on the lease at 8 Chifley Square, Sydney NSW 2000, for a gross annual rent of $2,905,280 ($1120/m²).

  • Pumper Dump, a concrete washout manager, will move into the 1786m² warehouse situated at 18 McPherson Street, Banksmeadow NSW 2019 on a four-year deal for $276,830/year (gross).

  • Olga de Polga has secured a lease for 37m² of shopfront space at 181 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 from GPT Group. The lease of $89,984 ($2432/m²) is on a four-year term.
