Artarmon Home Centre Sold (AFR)
Blackrock and Fortius have acquired a home maker centre, Home HQ, with 22,196m² of GLA at 1 Fredrick Street, Artarmon 2064 for $140million ($6,307/m² of GLA).
Artarmon Site Sold (AFR)
NextDC has acquired a 1.25ha site at 219 Pacific Highway, Artarmon 2064 for $90million. The site has been acquired with a 53,250m² commercial space in the process of being developed. The site was sold at a rate of $1,690/m² of commercial space.
McMahons Point Office Leased (AFR)
Camp Quality has secured a five-year lease of an 801m² office at Level 1, 182 Blues Point Road, McMahons Point 2060 on a net annual rent of $640/m² ($512,640 p.a).
Dandenong Office-Warehouse Leased (AFR)
Rydell Beltech Pty Ltd has signed a ten-year lease of an Office-Warehouse building with 2,655m² of GFA at 51 Bazalgette Drive, Dandenong 3175 for a net annual rent of $93/m².
Camberwell Retail Space Leased (AFR)
Chargrill Charlies has signed a ten-year lease of a 365m² ground floor retail space at 10 Prospect Hill Road, Camberwell 3124 on a net annual rent of $228,000.
Fortitude Valley Office Leased (AFR)
RPS has secured a five-year lease of an office floor with 2,254m² of GFA at Level 4, 520 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley 4006 at a gross annual rent of $600/m²
