Investa Commercial Property Fund has acquired a 15-storey office tower with a NLA of 12,517m² at 117 Clarence Street, Sydney 2000 for $153million ($12,223/m² of NLA).
Rouse Hill Development Site Sold (AFR)
Poly Australia has acquired a 3.68ha development site at 51 Terry Road, Rouse Hill 2155 for $22.9million ($6,222,826/ha). The site is zoned R3 Medium Density Residential and will be developed to 138 three to four-bedroom townhouses.
Milperra Industrial Site Sold (SMH)
Leda Group has acquired a 7.71ha industrial site at 286 Horsley Road, Milperra 2214 for $52million ($6,744,487/ha).
Box Hill Development Site Sold (AFR)
Beau Solare has acquired a 2ha site at 813 Windsor Road, Box Hill 2765 for $8.5million ($4,250,000/ha). The site was acquired with plans to develop town houses.
Neutral Bay Retail Shop Sold (AFR)
A private investor has acquired a 61m² retail shop currently being leased as a café at 17 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay 2089 for $1.333million ($21,852/m²).
