A private company backed by Macau gaming dynasty has acquired an office complex at 179 Elizabeth Street, Sydney 2000 with 16,520m² of GFA for $265million ($16,041/m² of GFA).
Gisborne Site Sold (AFR)
Melbourne Developer ID has acquired a 76ha site at 39 Willowbank Road, Gisborne 3437 for $61.1million ($803,950/ha). The site will provide 250 housing lots plus a new primary school.
