Windsor Development Site Sold (AFR)

  • A private developer has acquired a 4,587m² development site at 1 Walker Street, South Windsor 2756 for $3million ($654/m²). The site was sold with an approval for eight units and retail space.

Roseville Strata Warehouse Sold (AFR)

  • NRMA has sold a Warehouse strata unit to a private investor at 20 Barcoo Street, Roseville 2069 with a total GFA of 744m² for $2.65million ($3,562/m² of GFA).


Kew Retail Properties Sold (AFR)

  • A local investor has acquired two retail properties in line at 171-173 High Street, Kew 3101 with a total GFA of 332m² of GFA for $4.175million ($12,575/m² of GFA).

Campbellfield Development Site Sold (AFR)

  • Genesis Developments have acquired a 1.86ha site at 81-85 Copper Street, Campbellfield 3061 for $4.2million ($226/m²). The site is currently zoned for industrial use.

Developers Plan New Suburb (The Australian)

  • Chinese Developers, Country Garden, have unveiled plans of its development of a new community that will consist of nearly 5,000 units and 4 schools named “Windemere”.
