  • A US-based real estate investment company has acquired a 14-storey office tower with 7,000m² of GFA at 54 Miller Street, North Sydney 2060 for $59.4million ($8,486/m² of GFA).


Brisbane Office Building Sold (AFR)

  • Primewest has acquired an office building with 4,256m² of GFA at 130 Commercial Road, Newstead 4006 for $20.35million ($4,781/m²).
