Pitt Street Office Leased (AFR)

  • Face Shop has leased an office totalling 98m² for two years at 327 Pitt Street, Sydney 2000 on a gross annual rent of $60,000 ($612/m² p.a)

York Street Office Leased (AFR)

  • Effective Processing Migration Australia has leased an office for 18-months with 139m² at Level 1, 38 York Street, Sydney 2000 at a gross annual rent of $62,370 ($449/m²).

Wetherill Park Warehouse Leased (AFR)

  • Bauer Kompressoren have agreed to terms of a five-year lease of a warehouse with a site area of 2,264m² at 19 Cavasinni Place, Wetherill Park 2164 on a net annual rent of $129/m² ($292,056 p.a).


Port Melbourne Industrial Unit Leased (AFR)
