A local investor has acquired a grazing farm totalling 342ha with a six-bedroom homestead known as “Kingsford”, Armidale 2350 for $4.65million ($13,596/ha).
A local investor has acquired a grazing farm totalling 372ha and known as “Sun Valley”, Armidale 2350 for $4.025million ($10,819/ha).
Sydney Office Building Sold (AFR)
Charter Hall has acquired an office building totalling 23,275m² of GFA at 231 Elizabeth Street, Sydney 2000 for $350million ($15,037/m² of GFA).
The building is currently leased to Telstra who has a lease until 2020 and currently reviewing it where they have three five-year options in the building.

Melbourne Office Building Sold (AFR)
Roxy-Pacific has acquired a commercial office building totalling 4,504m² of GFA at 360 Little Bourke Street, Melbourne 3000 for $33million ($7,326/m² of GFA).
