Corrimal Site Sold
Village Building Company has acquired a residential development site totalling 9,093m² of site area at 54-52 Railway Street, Corrimal 2518 for $9million ($989/m²).
The site was sold with a DA for 60 units, six villa homes and 118 car parking spaces.
