  • A private investor has acquired a twelve-tenant shopping centre with a site area of 5,191m² at 62 Hewitt Street, Colyton 2760 for $7.31million ($1,408/m²). The centre was sold with a net yield of 5.48%.


Toorak Site Sold

  • A private developer has acquired a site totalling 660m² at 22 Lansell Road, Toorak 3142 for $6.4million ($9,696/m²).

Point Cook Showroom/Warehouse Sold

  • A local investor has acquired a showroom/warehouse totalling 3,150m² at 12 Wallace Avenue, Point Cook 3030 for $5.701million ($1,809/m²).


Gympie Service Station Sold

  • Viva Energy REIT has acquired a Shell V Power/Coles Express service station with a total site area of 1,831m² at 102 River Road, Gympie 4570 for $5.04million ($2,752/m²). The service station was sold with a 6.6% yield.

Noosaville Retail Properties Sold

  • A private investor has acquired two strata retail properties with a total of 121m² of GFA at 10 Thomas Street, Noosaville 4566 for $1million ($8,264/m² of GFA).
