Moelis Australia Redcape Group has acquired the Cabramatta Hotel at 170 Cabramatta Road W, Cabramatta West 2166 for $45million.
St Kilda Office Building Sold
Tong Eng Group have acquired an office building totalling 9,356m² of GFA at 312 St Kilda Road, St Kilda 3182 for $77million ($8,230/m² of GFA).
The building is sold with a Development Permit allowing 1004 apartments across four towers.
