Retirement Village Share Sold

  • Lendlease has sold a quarter of its stake in a Sydney Retirement Village at Greenwich in the North Shore for $470million dollars (Total worth = $1.7billion).


Edmonton Shopping Centre Sold

  • A private investor has acquired the Sugarworld Shopping Centre at 7 Walker Road, Edmonton 4869, totalling 4,758m² of GFA for $24.75million ($5,201/m² of GFA).

Brisbane Warehouse Leased

  • GraysOnline have leased a warehouse currently under construction with 40,000m² of GFA at 131-153 Main Beach Road, Pinkenba due to be completed early next year for $1.2million per annum ($30/m2 per annum)


Dandenong South Warehouse Sold

  • A private syndicate has acquired a 11.4ha site with a warehouse distribution centre at 260-270 Frankston Dandenong Road, Dandenong South 3175 for $35million ($3,070,175/ha).
