  • Insurance business Nobleoak Life Limited has leased level 7 of 66 Clarence Street, Sydney – totalling 883m² at a gross annual rent of $775/m².

  • The deal was struck on a 5-year lease with options.

Dandenong Industrial Tenancy Executed

  • Complete Truck Bodies have signed on to a 1135m² office/warehouse inside the M2 Estate at 29 National Drive, Dandenong South – will pay $120,000 annually (Net) over 5 years.


Truganina Industrial Property Leased

  • Homeware importer and wholesaler Albi Imports has committed to a new A-grade 27,903m² facility at Shiny Drive, Truganina on a circa net annual rent of $1.5 million.

  • The facility has hardstand areas with rollers doors in a cross-docking configuration.

Deception Bay Industrial Leased

  • Active Minerals Australia has leased a 1137m² Industrial Property at 12-16 Baylink Avenue, Deception Bay – situated on a 277m² site, was leased for 5-years on a gross annual rent of $125,070 ($110/m² GBA).
