Fairfield Warehouse Pre-Commitment Secured (AFR Pg. 37)
Man Diesel Turbo Australia has pre-committed to a 3100m² warehouse purpose-built by Fife Capital at 2/202 Fairfield Road, Yennora for 10 Years at a net annual rent of $507,085.
The site will feature a high-tech workshop facility with two 12.5 tonne cranes and fuel tank cooling tower.
