Fairfield Warehouse Pre-Commitment Secured (AFR Pg. 37)

  • Man Diesel Turbo Australia has pre-committed to a 3100m² warehouse purpose-built by Fife Capital at 2/202 Fairfield Road, Yennora for 10 Years at a net annual rent of $507,085.

  • The site will feature a high-tech workshop facility with two 12.5 tonne cranes and fuel tank cooling tower.


Docklands Office Leased (AFR Pg. 37)

  • Navantia has leased an A-grade 467m² Office on level 7 at 380 Docklands Drive, Docklands from BAEV-LaSalle for 3 years at $500/m² (Gross P.A.).

Melbourne Office Leased (AFR Pg. 37)

  • P&O Maritime has signed a 4-year lease for a 304m² Office with a private landlord at 70 City Road, Melbourne.

  • Market Rents in the building are $500-$530/m².

West Footscray Warehouse Leased (AFR Pg. 37)

  • Addictive Entertainment & Tours Pty Ltd has signed a 5-year lease with options for a 1080m² Warehouse at 160 Cowper Street, West Footscray paying $130,000 (Gross P.A.).
