Weatherill Park Office/Warehouse Leased (AFR Pg. 34)

  • Northline Transport has agreed to terms on an 8684m² property over 4-years at 122 New Road Park, Weatherill Park and will pay a net annual rent of $118/m².

  • The deal was struck on a 7.5% incentive rate.

  • The property features a warehouse, 35m’s of hardstand and a two-level office.

Sydney CBD Retail Space Leased (AFR Pg. 35)

  • Digital Camera Warehouse has agreed to terms with Landlord Venemchlo on a 2-level, 278m² retail property at 422-424 Kent Street, Sydney over 3-years for $200,000 p.a. (net).

Alexandra Office Leased (AFR Pg. 35)

  • Gastro Balloon Australia has leased a 300m² office at 6A Huntley Street, Alexandria on a 4-year term paying $400/m² (net).

Sydney Office Space Leased (AFR Pg. 35)

  • Visual Amplifiers has secured a 245m² office at Level 6, 50 King Street, Sydney on a gross annual rent of $950/m².


Richmond Office Leased (AFR Pg. 35)

  • Site n’ Stores has committed to an initial 18-month term with landlord Corval on a 1052m² office at 195 Lennox Street, Richmond for $200,000 (net).

Melbourne Office Leased (AFR Pg. 35)

  • Rhipe has committed to terms with EG Funds Management on a 467m² office at level 7, 277 William Street, Melbourne over 6-years at $400/m².

Malvern CBA Lease (AFR Pg. 35)

  • Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) have leased a 320m² space inside a retail building at 142 Glenferrie Road, Malvern – secured over 7-years at $859/m² p.a. (net).


Perth Office Tower Sold (AFR Pg. 35)

  • Singapore-based Far East Organisations has acquired Charter Hall’s 19-level, 13,891m² lower B-grade office tower at 109 St Georges Terrace, Perth for around $70 million ($5’039/m² per permissible NLA).
