Northline Transport has agreed to terms on an 8684m² property over 4-years at 122 New Road Park, Weatherill Park and will pay a net annual rent of $118/m².
The deal was struck on a 7.5% incentive rate.
The property features a warehouse, 35m’s of hardstand and a two-level office.

Singapore-based Far East Organisations has acquired Charter Hall’s 19-level, 13,891m² lower B-grade office tower at 109 St Georges Terrace, Perth for around $70 million ($5’039/m² per permissible NLA).
