East Village Half-Share Acquired (SMH)

  • Mirvac has acquired a half share (50.1%) in the East Village Retail Centre in Zetland for $155 Million.

Sydney CBD Tower Sold (The Australian)

  • Singapore-based Ascendas-­Singbridge Group has acquired the 23,124m² Civic Tower at 66 Goulburn Street for $252 million ($10,897 per permissible GBA).

  • The 24-level property consists of an A-grade office tower that it is anchored by the NSW government and Prudential Investment Company of Australia Group.

Sydney CBD Office Space Leased (AFR)

  • Ultimate Office Solutions (UOS) has leased two more floors at 66 Clarence Street, Sydney committing to a 6 year term over a 1736m² space at a gross annual rent of $735/m².

North Sydney Office Space Leased (AFR)

  • Financial Services Group Prime Partners has leased a 257m² office at 402/1 James Place, North Sydney at a gross annual rent of $550/m² for 5 years.

Alexandria Warehouse Leased (AFR)

  • Melitta Professional Coffee Solutions has leased a 389m² warehouse at 20/77-79 Bourke Road, Alexandria committing to a 3 year term at an annual gross rent of $290/m².

Lane Cove Warehouse Leased (AFR)

  • Golf Mate Ebisu has leased a 285m² warehouse at 8 Chaplin Drive, Lane Cove paying a gross annual rent of $307/m².

St Leonards Office/Warehouse Leased (AFR)

  • Till Group Pty Ltd has secured a 1040m² warehouse-office at 5/2 Giffnock Avenue, St Leonards from Holdmark paying a net annual rent of $214/m².


Hawthorn Retail Property Leased (AFR)

  • Fine Music has leased a 270m² Retail Property at 228 Auburn Road, Hawthorn at a net annual rent of $55,000 ($204/m²) for 5 years with options.
