Mirvac has acquired a half share (50.1%) in the East Village Retail Centre in Zetland for $155 Million.
Sydney CBD Tower Sold (The Australian)
Singapore-based Ascendas-Singbridge Group has acquired the 23,124m² Civic Tower at 66 Goulburn Street for $252 million ($10,897 per permissible GBA).
The 24-level property consists of an A-grade office tower that it is anchored by the NSW government and Prudential Investment Company of Australia Group.

Ultimate Office Solutions (UOS) has leased two more floors at 66 Clarence Street, Sydney committing to a 6 year term over a 1736m² space at a gross annual rent of $735/m².
North Sydney Office Space Leased (AFR)
Financial Services Group Prime Partners has leased a 257m² office at 402/1 James Place, North Sydney at a gross annual rent of $550/m² for 5 years.
