Hotel Operator Mantra Group has acquired the Deague family’s 1000 room strong Art Series Hotel Chain for $52.5 million ($52,500/room).

The Salvation Army has acquired a two-storey commercial building on a 2630m² site at 426 Church Street, Parramatta for around $30 million ($11’407/m² Site Area).
The property is currents occupied by a mix of office and retail tenants and has a 90 space car park.
Darling Harbour Lease Executed (AFR Pg.39)
Amundi Asset Management has leased a 221m² office space at 305/25 Lime Street, King Street Wharf for 5 years and will pay a gross annual rent of $820m².

Retriever Communications has leased a 563m² office space inside Citadel Towers at 17/799 Pacific Highway, Chatswood at a net annual rent of $495m².

MTAA Super has acquired the 39,000m² Ferntree Business Park at 296 Ferntree Gully Road, Notting Hill for $168 million from the Goodman Group ($4’308 per permissible GLA).
The site sits on a 8.4 hectare block and has an average lease expiry of 6.2 years.
