Melbourne Office Tower Sold (AFR)
Morgan Stanley has acquired a 50% stake in a 26,000m² office tower at 664 Collins Street, Melbourne for $138 million ($5308/m2 NLA ), reflecting a yield of 4.97%.
As part of the deal, Mirvac will provide rental guarantee on any unlet space for 5 years after completion in 2018.
Gold Coast Corporate Centre Sold (AFR)
CorVal Partners has acquired the 21,110m² Bundall Corporate Centre at 2 Slatyer Avenue, Bundall for $89 million ($4216/m2 NLA).
The site comprises two A-grade office towers, a gym and 15,500 square metres of adjoining land.
