Henkell Brothers Investment Managers have acquired the Hastings Central Shopping Centre in Mornington Peninsula for $32.1 million ($4,005/m² of GLAR), reflecting a yield of 6.2%.
The centre comprises 8,015m² of GLAR and is anchored by a Kmart and ALDI with 13 specialties.
