Iris Capital has acquired the Gaslight Inn at 278 Crown Street, Darlinghurst for $6 million.
The hotel occupies a 142m² site area and adjoins the recently acquired site at 117-125 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst.
Glen Waverley Hotel Sold (www.afr.com)
iProsperity has acquired the 200-room Novotel hotel on Springvale Road, Glen Waverley for $73.67 million ($368,333/room).
The building comprises 10,442m² of NLA ($7,055/m² of NLA) and features a restaurant, seven meeting rooms, heated indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna and 100 underground car spaces.
The hotel is operated by Accor Asia Pacific under a triple net lease expiring in July 2018.
