  • A foreign developer has acquired a 3,135m² mixed use development site at the Cnr of George and Harris Street, Parramatta for $60 million ($19,139/m² of site area).

  • A Development Application is lodged for the site and proposes a 35-level apartment tower and 3 level hotel.
