Campbelltown Shopping Centre Sold (

  • Charter Hall Group has acquired the Campbelltown Mall at 271 Queen Street, Campbelltown for $197 million ($4,668/m² of GLA), reflecting a yield of 6%.

  • The sub-regional shopping centre comprises 42,200m² of GLA and is anchored by Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, Target and Aldi with ten mini-majors and 84 specialty tenancies.

Sydney Office Building Sold (

  • Coombes Property Group has acquired the ACE Building at 28 O’Connell Street, Sydney for $91 million ($14,896/m² of NLA).

  • The 15 level building comprises 6,109m² of NLA and occupies a 754m² site.

  • Coombes Property Group own the adjoining property at 48 Hunter Street allowing for amalgamation of a 1,000m² site.


Residential Asking Rents (

  • Residential asking rents in Brisbane CBD decreased across units (-7.3%) over the past 12 months.

  • Asking rents in Sydney increased across units (+4.8%) and houses (+4%), while in Melbourne asking prices increased across units (+3.4%) and houses (+4.5%).
