  • Hand Unit has acquired a 442m² industrial property at 86-96 Milperra Road, Revesby for $790,000 ($1,787/m² of land area).

  • A private investor has acquired a 665m² industrial property at D/11-13 Short Street, Auburn for $1.6 million ($2,406/m² of land area).

  • A private investor has acquired a 600m² industrial property at 441 Victoria Road, Gladesville for $3.9 million ($6,500/m² of floor area).

  • A private investor has acquired a 1,284m² industrial property at 6/21 Mars Road for $2.1 million ($1,636/m² of floor area).
