A private consortium has acquired the 2-storey building with vacant possession at 359 Exhibition Street, Melbourne for $4.5 million ($14,063/m² of lettable area).
The building comprises 320m² of lettable area and occupies a 322m² site ($13,975/m² of land area).

Wing Tai has acquired a 315 bay car park at 380 Flinders Street, Melbourne for $31 million ($98,413/bay), reflecting a yield of 3%.
The 7-level car park is managed by Secure Parking.
