A private developer has acquired a 10,000m² residential development site at 15 Fisher Road, Dee Why for $25 million ($2,500/m² of land area).
The site has Development Approval for stage 1 demolition works and construction of residential flat buildings.

Quintessential Equity has acquired the 12,623m² Garden Square office complex at 643 Kessels Road, Brisbane for $45.25 million ($3,585/m² of lettable area).
The complex comprises two linked seven level office buildings occupying a 16,650m² site area ($2,718/m² of land area).
